A 35 % "non-refundable" deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to the arrival at the chalet.
You can also 'Pay in Full' if this is your preference: The 35% deposit will be "non-refundable" should a cancelation take place before the final 8 week period.
Refunds will not be given at all if the cancellation takes place within the final 8 week period.
The rates include all electricity and firewood used during the stay, including heating. Prices are calculated on a weekly basis for the property. Weekend lets are subject to availability.
*Please Note* In addition to the 35% deposit:
A Security Deposit of €300 is required prior to your stay, refundable at the end of the holiday provided the chalet is returned in the state provided.
